Chakra Meditation – Getting the Right Balance
According to research, our life revolves around feelings and emotions. The emotions arise from different things we do. Second, we have the sacral chakra. It is orange in color and found below the belly button. A balanced sacral chakra makes people feel happy, friendly and passionate. If it is blocked, sexual difficulties, low inspiration levels and emotional instability may be felt.
The solar plexus chakra is yellow in color and is located between the ribcage and the navel. If this chakra is balanced, the result is that our confidence is boosted, we become energetic and generally more productive. If imbalanced, energy levels are reduced, insecurities arise and procrastinations. The heart chakra on the other hand is green. Love is the theme of this chakra that is located in the heart. A balanced heart chakra leads to ease of forming emotional connections, love bonds and spiritual awareness. Blocked heart chakra causes loneness and chest pains.
The blue colored throat chakra is located in the throat. When this chakra is balanced, we are clear in communication and are equally good at listening. Anxiety and tension will occur if it is not balanced. Located on the forehead, the third eye chakra is indigo in color. Our communication with the universe is good if it is balanced. If it is not, anxiety, depression and headaches may result.
Lastly, we have the crown chakra which is violet in color. It is located at the top of the head and is responsible for open-mindedness when it comes to divine guidance if it is balanced.
